search for new talent through advertising, Internet searches,
staff referrals and participation in job fairs and trade
shows. Identified consultants are carefully matched against
client requirements. Consultants are tested for technical
competence and reference checks are conducted for background
integrity. All governmental compliance and documentation
issues are reviewed.

Clients are presented with appropriate candidates in a format
that best suits their recruitment procedures. At eSpark,
consultants are always aware of the activity undertaken on
their behalf. Factual and timely communications with consultants
and clients is maintained to insure that everyone is kept
abreast of developments. Client offers and/or Engagement
Contracts are negotiated and communicated to the consultant
by the eSpark Recruiting Staff.

Contractors are contacted by eSpark's administration staff
to insure that all payroll procedures and benefits availability
are fully explained.
